I really enjoyed my stay. The room was immaculate and very well decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Ace in situated in a great neighborhood and conveniently located near the tube and bus. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Will certainly not stay anywhere else the next time I am in London. -

Stayed here for 1 night with my partner, we were attending a function close by so location was excellent. we arrived half a hour early but the gentleman on reception was very helpful and rather than make us wait while our room was been cleaned, he changed our room so we could check in early. although the room wasn't huge, there was plenty of room

Great position, Shoreditch is full of pubs, clubs and restaurants and very close to the City! Old street underground station is 5-10 minutes on foot; next to the hotel there is the bus stop (buses to the Tower of London, Oxford Circus and Waterloo).
Hotel clean and new.

Great place: very small, great rooms, perfect location between shoreditch and the city 2 minutes from liverpool street station, 15 minutes walk from bank. Staff incredibly kind. Great breakfast directly in the room. I'll go there again for sure!! -

The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. The staff were very helpful. They let us check into our room early. Wewere upgraded to a one bed apartment. The apartments were spotless andhad everything you could want. It was in a fantastic location almostopposite Liverpool St Station. I would definitely stay here again. - The staff were extremely helpful, the apartment was very well appointed.

We like the location being close by to the Old Street tube station and a
cab ride away to King's Cross and St Pancras stations. There is also
a direct bus 55 to Oxford Circus (25 mins ride). We love the modern
design of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. We like the novelty
of the 'paper bag' breakfast. I also appreciate the hotel
putting in the extra bed as requested (after a reminder when they forgot
to put it in when we checked but was quickly rectified!) The hotel staff
