Absolutely wonderful place to stay!!! We came with a 4 month old, and they could not have been more accommodating! It was raining and they even lent us umbrellas for the day. The room was wonderful, clean and the staff were beyond nice. I would recommend this place to stay for anyone visiting Edinburgh. Plus it's right in the middle of everyth

We didhave one problem that when we first got our room it wasnt clean butthis was quickly rectified and we got a new room and a welcome pack.Only other problem was tv reception but I did not spend much timewatching tv anyway.

the room was superb, staff were more than helpful,especially the porter who looked after our luggage, plus whilst being unwell on my first night, I rang reception for some blankets and they brought them straight up to my room. Great location and convenient for pubs cafes, shops and sight seeing.
Our room situated at the back was quiet and we had a good night's
sleep. Very helpful and cheerful receptionists. The fire-alarm went off
on one occasion, firemen turned up and declared it as a false alarm, at
least we felt safe. We will book again in the near future. -

dobra lokalizacja - The location is superb! I was impressed with the variety of the breakfast selections. The hotel offered a 20% discount on the parking garage, which was only 1 block away from the hotel. - The staff went above and beyond. When they found out our 8 year old daughter was with us, they added a double bed for not extra charge.

Beautifuly decorated and very comfortable place to stay. Dean is a wonderful host - we felt like visiting an old friend. Good location as Edinburgh's Grouse House is situated in walking distance to all the attractions but far enough from them to easily find free parking. We will definitely stay there if we ever come back to Edinburgh. -

The efficiency and friendliness of the staff, especially in the dining room. With a Premier Inn you know just what to expect, comfortable beds, cleanliness and welcome, at a reasonable price. Fabulous hotel. Staff were great, everybody was friendly and polite and went out of their way. Location is super, 2 minutes walk from haymarket station and 15 walk into Edinburgh city centre. Buses stopped outside the hotel to go to Princes street if you didn't fancy the walk. Food was good, we had breakfast and was lovely with lots to choose from. Didn't eat there otherwise but saw the food and it looked very nice. Rooms and beds clean and comfy. Great hotel.

The location is fantastic, just 100 meters from Haymarket station and also easily accesible from the airport. Besides, the main attractions are also located within walking distance. No sweat!

The attention of the staff to make sure you were settled in.
The staff had put on the heating in the room in advance so it was lovely and warm.
I was leaving before breakfast started and they had laid out cereal and toast making facilities to use.
They have spent a lot of money on new carpets and upgrading bathrooms to make them clean and very fresh.
Very strong and secure wi-fi

We were extremely surprised by the quality of the hotel considering we paid 119 for a double room. Staff were of 5* quality, attached bar is fantastic with good beer, good food and live sport on big screens. Bedrooms are great. Would not hesitate to return. Plentiful parking for free at weekend and a 15min walk to centre. -

I like the brand new design for simplicity & comfort with excellent staff at the welcoming front desk. Every one at the check in or out counter has positive and helpful attitude towards guests from all over the world. Here I would like to pay special respect & thank them from the bottom of my heart. First of all, the location was extraordinary. The sea (Firth of Forth) is just behind the hotel and you wake up, seeing big steamships and small fisher boats on the water.

nearby Prezzo for dinner. Although we had a car, we caught the bus at

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff.
