Absolutely wonderful place to stay!!! We came with a 4 month old, and they could not have been more accommodating! It was raining and they even lent us umbrellas for the day. We didhave one problem that when we first got our room it wasnt clean butthis was quickly rectified and we got a new room and a welcome pack.Only other problem was tv reception but I did not spend much timewatching tv anyway.

We've stayed at Hotel Indigo in Glasgow which is fabulous and the Edinburgh one did not disappoint either. I believe it's only around 1 year old and this is evident in the decor of the hotel and the cleanliness - the rooms were immaculate! Location is perfect. They are installing tram lines in the street but it still has access if you are arriving by car or taxi. Its a short walk to Waverly Station and all main tourist attractions can be reached by foot if you like to walk.
Room was excellent, breakfast was great. Did not try the restaurant at night but menu looked good and fairly priced.
Staff were all very friendly and attentive.
A little bit pricey but for a stay during the Festival it was fairly priced compared to other optio

the room was superb, staff were more than helpful,especially the porter who looked after our luggage, plus whilst being unwell on my first night, I rang reception for some blankets and they brought them straight up to my room. I loved everything. With 9 people ranging from 11 to 78 yo, we booked two family rooms and one premium twin. Rooms were clean, furniture new -ish, bright, comfortable. such a clean, well appointed hostel, fresh and modern with quality fittings. Really ipressed with the bathroom facilities in the dorm. Nice cafe on ground floor. Also easy to find and not too far from Princes St/bus/train stations. Plus there was no rowdiness from other guests. I highly rate this hostel

We paid the minimum and got the maximum in comfort with a freely given upgrade. The staff were very welcoming and were pleased that we were pleased. Staff very helpful, we left our bags in hotel until check-in and were able to have late check out for only £20 extra. Breakfast on go great idea and great value for money. Will definately be back as perfect for train station and shopping.

Hope to be back soon and will book into Jurys Inn Hotels in other parts of country if possible, big thank's for lovely stay. - The location was fantasic, only 3 mins walk from everything. The bar man was lovely and the rooms were large with comfortable beds. Excellent hotel would definatly stay again!

Everything. From the greeting at the door to reception to our bags beingplaced in the best room I have stayed in the uk. The service wasfabulous and the hotel was fantastic - will be returning - I travel an awful lot and I must say the Scotsman is one of the best hotels I have ever been in. ramada jarvis royal mount is the place to stay. pay a little extra and stay in a executive room overlookin edinburgh castle whilst standing on your balcony over lookin princes street. everything was in easy reach and we really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go back. edinburgh was the best city we have visited so much better than london. restur

Breakfast couldn't be faulted, self service so eat as much as you like.
