Stylish balcony apartment in peaceful waterfront development. Kitchen exceptionally equipped, all areas immaculate, plenty of hotel-type comforts provided eg shampoo, soap, coffee, tea, and handy extras eg washing up liquid and cloths, binliners etc. No prob checking in early. If however I was with friends then I wouldn't hesitate to use the apartments again

homely feel due to there being all the facilities such as a clean cooker, washing machine..etc that we required for our stay. also liked the fact that it was an apartment that we could come and go as we pleased rather than having to go to a hotel reception for the keys or throgh a reception area and also that we did not have to leave the room to go

The breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice. Everything was served to your table which was nice but I actually prefer a buffet where you can choose what you want as you eat. Because everything here was served, you had to order your drink, cold starter and hot breakfast all at the same time. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

I have never seen a bathroom as nice. My husband loved the shower. The
staff were really nice, friendly and very helpful and the butlers well

The older gentleman working in the reception was a perfect example of hospitality and he also seemed to have a great knowledge of Edinburgh, which he shared generously.

We arrived and were greeted by Stuart, who was very friendly and courteous during our check-in process.
