When we arrived the introduction/explanation of services etc was good with clear, simple explanation of what to do and where things were. The 'owners' were very welcoming.
Brown's was very clean; there was good provision of every day items, teas, coffees and toiletries.
Breakfast was also good with a good range of items.
No critique at all.

The decor was great in the hotel. Was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. It felt tremendously homely and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is located above the Rick's bar and restaurant. However, the noises won't reach the rooms. The room is a bit compact but cosy enough. There are a wide range of drinks that could be chosen in the minibar of the room. And breakfast could also be ordered from the restaurant below. The location is good which is not far from the castle.
