  very friendly and relaxed place and staff. Good breakfast too. - Nicely equipped room and very comfortable bed. Very good value for the price. Bar is lively, and a good outdoor terrace for us smokers. Helpful and courteous staff.

  What friendly, helpful staff. I arrived very late, tired and hungry. Thereceptionist made me a sandwich and made sure I was looked after. Largeroom and comfortable bed.   For a guest house in a large city this was an excellent choice. There was on site parking which is a bonus as parking in Jesmond is difficult It is close to the city centre but also with easy routes to the coastal areas.
