She went beyond expectations for helping us w airline details, reservations, information, etc. She happily got up very early to provide a lovely continental breakfast for 2 of us w early flights. If you want to stay out of central downtown, are driving a car and take buses and tours, this works very well. Some signs of wear and tear here and there but it has the character of an older building which was exactly what I was looking for in Scotland. The downstairs sitting room with snacks and bar fridge a nice feature. Business office available.

We were celedrating our 5th wedding anniversary so had a superior 4 poster bed room which was superb. Everything we wanted and more. We had fresh towels every day even though we didn;t ask for them. The bed was King Size and very comfy. Lovely complimentary bath, hair and body lotions. Good supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and shortbread.
