  Staff, just incredibly welcoming and accommodating, stayed with a girlfriend as our flight was cancelled. We are both straight and hadn't realised this was a gay friendly venue, but that made our evening all the more interesting. The drag act was excellent haven't laughed that much in years. Would definitely stay again. - Staff were excellent, rooms and food were nice as well as location, However it's a hotel above a gay bar and tranny club which wasn't told when booking hotel.. Luckily I had my older daughter However the staff and welsh owner were excellent and made us feel relaxed.

  I found this Hotel excellent value, the staff were really lovely and very helpful. I felt really at home. We will certainly stay again the next time we are in London.I can highly recommend this Hotel. - Fantastic experience, we were upgraded to a 2bed suite and had all the room you could wish for. The room was lovely, far better than I was expecting, everything worked great, the bed was comfy and room was nice and bright, the little representation of a flower made with the towels was so cute and really made us feel welcome.
