I stayed at this hotel for the first time on 27th July 13. I was extremely impressed by the staff's professionalism, care and good humour. The room was perfect, plenty of coffee/tee, clean and spacious. Highly recommended and I will be back for sure. -

Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Plenty of tea and coffee available in room, and more provided on request. Plenty of towels provided. Room clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great, including a choice of cereals. -

Firstly, there are 3 Premier Inns within walking distance of each other
and I went to the wrong one. The receptionist at the first Inn was
friendly and polite and looked up my reservation (with no booking
number) and pointed me in the right direction to the Inn that I had
booked. On checking in I was friendly greeted and given options for

We had booked our stay to coincide with the Take That concert held at Old Trafford Cricket ground, the hotel had made arrangements with a local taxi company to have a service of mini buses running to the venue from the hotel and back again this was excellent for us and made the experience so much easier as we don't know the area very well and it ma
... co mówią ludzie » de it completely hassle free. Friendly staff also who gave good information when asked. - The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and excellent value for money. The location was fantastic as it was easy to access the Trafford Centre which was only a short walk away. The breakfast was delicious (with a huge range to choose from) and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be staying at the hotel again and recommending it to others.

The staff were really lovely and pleasant, my room was very clean and very comfortable, and I got a brilliant nights sleep without any disturbances. I have stayed with premier inn before in Cheadle and the staff there were amazing, I was very happy with my experience I wouldnt go anywhere else. -
