The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We were upgraded to the Penthouse suite as a result of our forthcoming wedding. This was an amazing suite and we were made to feel like Royalty. An amazing hotel, we would happily live there. We stayed in room 211 a one bedroom appartment and it was perfect. A tv in the lounge and bedroom a great kitchen and huge rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a small gym. All the doors are fire doors so you can't hear a peep from anyone else.
location is perfect, only a few streets from a main street with Sainsbury's a spar etc then another two minute walk to the arndale centre. A very short walk to town and the train station yet on a quiet str

Great room, perfect crash pad for a weekend away with brand new facilities. The Light is very central within 5 minute walk of all shops and close to Printworks, Deansgate and Piccadilly Gardens for nights out and despite its central location, suprisingly quiet. Loved the spa, the building itself is very nice, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. - Will stay here again, lovely hotel, very central, lovely staff, well worth every penny or cent!!!

Very friendly reception. The apartment was very well kitted out! Fresh decor and very clean. There was a little 'wear and tear' but this was minimal. Beds / duvets and pillows were really comfortable.
