  After having experienced many problems in our departure from Rome, we arrived very late and exhausted at the Howard Hotel. We had a marvellous arrival with a complimentary bottle of champagne!   from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

It is a very central yet quiet hotel with loads of charme and friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay there a lot and can recommend it.
