  My husband and I stayed at the South Place Hotel for a week's vacation. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week. Great location for business in London; easy for tube to anywhere (from Barbican, five minutes walk away).
