As returning customers , we knew the standard of service and accomodation would be excellent . The Westland is far enough away from the very centre of town but within easy reach of all main stream attractions . With three tube stations inside a five minute walk and Hyde Park right opposite , the hotel is a wonderful base for a London break. Thanks

Excellent location and a beautiful Double Studio with Kitchenette on the first floor. Our room was big enough for two persons far more bigger than other hotel rooms in the area. This was a very nice hotel. We stayed in an apartment type room which was nice because it had cooker hobs, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer. Although we didn't avail of these facilities they would have been very useful if we stayed longer. The breakfast was nice - a continental breakfast. The hotel is very well situated. We have been staying regularly at this apartment hotel for almost 40
years and have always had excellent service from the cordial and
efficient staff. The location is superb, the rooms are spacious with a
separate full kitchen and bathroom. There is free wifi and the only
suggestion I would make is the addition of a safe in the studio apt.
Many thanks to Madam Omyma and the rest of the staff for another
enjoyable stay.

This is my second stay in this hotel and we got the highest floor instead of the basement which is a good start. Quite near to lancaster gate st, so it's easy for us to access the tube. Good value for money! Most of the staff were friendly and helped us with what we needed. Breakfast was better than expected, no gourmet but the basic Brit bacon, eggs, beans & toast. Extra thanks for the very swift repairment of the leaking tap in our room! 24-h reception was good! If you're looking for a nice little budget room where you go to sleep and spend the rest of the time exploring London I can strongly recommend this hotel!
