Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights!   The location is great, a few bus stops from chief tourist attractions, walking distance from a very nice park (Regent park), very close to the Tube station (Baker St.). The recent renovated rooms make the experience even better. If you want a central underlying hotel with good standard I recommend you to book next stay in London here.
