Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception and the locking of the doors at night made the place very safe in this particular part of Camden town.
Being a student lodge for the most part I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the building was at night and how clean it remained at all times.

I loved my small studio and the kitchen especially.
The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great.
The managers are all young and very friendly, helped a lot when I had to prolong my stay.
The design is calm and I like that every room had a stacked book shelf with all kinds to choose from.
Location is perfect; right between 2 main northen line stations and the area is extremely colorful and vibrant.

Members of our group of 6 people were in their eighties, sixties, fifties, twenties and a 3 year old. We liked the space (similar to home) the ability to make meals & snacks and of course a cup of tea. The vancinity was very good. The location allowed us to travel around relatively easily. stop is 15min walk. There are buses though.
The agency lady waited for us to make sure we know whats where, she showed the house, advised about the area, etc. its not a super central location, but still, its very nice and alternative, at least the flat in Camden.
