We arrived here as a family with young children of 3 and 6 years old. We stayed at this hotel for 1 night only in a Family Apartment which we can recommend to travellers like us. Everything a family with children would need when travelling was present at this apartment. There was enough space, the kitchen was of a good size, very clean and all possible utensils. The staff was polite and understanding. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. We liked there and will come back when we visit London again.

We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay agai

The hotel itself is the star of the show...beautiful restoration.....it is like walking around a film set! Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! Great ambience and relaxing area to sit/eat...also lovely selection of food to choose from.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was immaculate and very well decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Ace in situated in a great neighborhood and conveniently located near the tube and bus. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Will certainly not stay anywhere else the next time I am in London. -

Location: Great!!! Within 10 minutes walk from Liverpool station when
figure out the way and actually another station Moorgate is just around
the corner. With marks and spender just opposite to the hotel, it makes
it more perfect! As can buy snacks / bottle water easily on our way

Our room was lovely. The staff could not have been nicer. Upon our arrival theater tickets were ordered for us. We only had one night in London but were free the following day. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms. Fabulous location, staff could not have been more helpful. The design is really cool, the rooms lovely and the roof top bar serves delicious value food and drinks - delicious food too.
Would recommend if you want a very lively, fabulously designed hotel in a great location.
