  We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location.   The whole place was amazing, you definatley get the wow affect from walking through the front door to reception. The room was fantastic, spacious and clean. The staff and room service were very polite and on time and didnt leave you waiting. Would definately reccommend. - The Experience

  Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! I love this hotel and look - The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.

  This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool.
