  Arrived very early from a very long flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Front desk arranged a driver to Gatwick airport at very short notice early in the morning, they went above and beyond to help us.   The room was wonderful but in part that was because I had 6/7 (both) access to myself. With only a small room on its own - even with an excellent bathroom - I would have found it too small for C21st expectations.   It was just off camden highstreet, with a little supermarket next door and you can come and go as you please - We had terrible noisy rooms in the basement, after a complaint we got a different rooms which were better. The beds were o.k.
