  We were going to Edinburgh for a few days so wanted somewhere reasonably priced. From the outside it looked tired but once you stepped inside it was freshly painted, our too. Was a twin and very spacious again freshly painted and bathroom newly installed. Bed Lin all new we couldn't fault it at all.   Owners were friendly and helpful in answering email questions before our arrival and allowed us to leave our luggage there prior to checkin and after checkout. We were upgraded to a room with a better view. Full cooked English breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere (4 guest rooms) along the river. The waterfall and walk to the harbor is relaxing and enjoyed by many - I really enjoyed my stat at Cramond Mill. Elaine is a wonderful hostess who goes out of her way for her guests and I could have asked for a better place to stay. Edinburgh is easily accessible via the bus that stops at the top if the street and it is also so very handy for the airport which is only a 20 minute drive away. Nestled next to a picturesque stream where the locals go fly fishing, I couldn't recommend it more highly.
