  miła obsługa - Friendly ,Clean and made us feel very welcome.On our next visit to Edinburgh we would more likely stay here again - The young lady who was there was very helpful and was always there to answer any queries.

  I would highly recommend this Guest House. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The vegetarian breakfast was deliciously unusual, I had a banana and burnt syrup pancake. I was very kindly given a plateful of food as I had mentioned that I have a long train journey ahead of me. I would definitely recommendthis and stay there again. Very close to the city centre as well; wewalked there in 15 minutes (strolling). Excellent value for a guesthouseso close to the centre of Edinburgh. Also a lovely Italian restaurantdown the road!
