The staff were always super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much
effort and they remember the small details (that you may think you need

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely concierge who
took our bags and parked our car. He was very friendly & helpful.
Reception staff were also friendly & welcoming. All staff were
conscientious, great top class service! Absolutely excellent hotel and
the cost is inviting on the wallet also! No hesitation to recommend The
Fitzwilliam Belfast, l will defo be back!

Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.

The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. I would most definately recommend this hotel to friends and family. - Everything, it was worthy of a 5* - it had an ironing board and iron in the room, wine glasses, ice bucket, hairdryer, flatscreen T.V., clothes line in bathroom, ice machine in corridor, dressing gown, sewing kit, mini bar etc. It was fantastic and the bed was huge. Lovely view of water from window as well. They also let us check in quite a bit earlier.
