  We are a family of 6, with children ages 2, 8, 14, and 17. We stayed at the Thistle Street Loft. This provided the best value for our family. Jon was also very accommodating to our needs. We were suppose to arrive after lunch, but due to delayed flights, we didn't arrive until after 1AM! He was quick to respond to our text messages when we did need something. The loft - We had a great time in Edinburgh and Innercity lets was a great place to do it. Very clean, spacious and we'll equipped. Jon is very friendly and professional. He is your own personal concierge. Just an email or phone call away. Well located in new town with lots of restaraunts, shopping, and parks close by. Less than a ten minute walk to the Royal mile and castle.

  Great location and convenient for pubs cafes, shops and sight seeing. Our room situated at the back was quiet and we had a good night's sleep. Very helpful and cheerful receptionists. The fire-alarm went off on one occasion, firemen turned up and declared it as a false alarm, at least we felt safe.   Staff very helpful, we left our bags in hotel until check-in and were able to have late check out for only £20 extra. Breakfast on go great idea and great value for money. Will definately be back as perfect for train station and shopping. Hotel is very clean and rooms are lovely.   We stayed at 2 bedroomed apartment at 7 Johnson terrace! Location, location, location - castle, royal mile & grassmarket on you door step! Would definitely recommend for - We stayed in apartment 11 on the third floor. The view was incredible of St. Giles Cathedral. The location superb two blocks from the castle. Many restaurants and shops on the royal mile. Many tourists but inside the apartment calm and relaxing. A bit of noise at night as shops and restaurants were cleaning up and ghost tours ending but by 11pm all went quiet until about 7am. We enjoyed our stay as it was close to everything including Waverly train station.
