Very good - hotel spotless. It must be noted that I am in agreement that the hotel rooms are very small. It may help to put in the room dimensions in. I would stay again - The staff were very friendly and accomodating.My Mum and I went to London for a 3 day break, this hotel was convenient for getting to and from the station. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean. I would recommend a stay at this hotel and will certainly go back. Very good value for money!!

I liked the location and also the breakfast was excellent.The staff were very pleasant and helpful and would stay there again - I was welcomed at reception, I stayed in a very comfortable, clean room and the restaurant food and service was absolutely fantastic.

The bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean. I was worried that there would be a line for the showers but I only saw one person my entire stay. The room(102)was lovely.modern.fridge,microwave,tea/coffee making facilities,beautifully decorated and comfortable,modern bathroom with large shower.Staff friendly and helpful,luggage storage..Some people seemed to have less good rooms,especially we heard people complaining of standard of basement rooms,we were on room only but they gave breakfast box complementary.Our luggage was brought to room without our having to ask.
