The staff is friendly, it's within easy walking distance of the tourist area and Waverly station, and the breakfast is outstanding!   I loved everything. With 9 people ranging from 11 to 78 yo, we booked two family rooms and one premium twin. Rooms were clean, furniture new -ish, bright, comfortable. Loved how toilet, shower and sink were all separated to maximize usage. Kitchen was the best: all stainless steel, clean, white dishes and utensils were plentiful. Nice cafe on ground floor. Also easy to find and not too far from Princes St/bus/train stations. Plus there was no rowdiness from other guests. I highly rate this hostel
