All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms.
