The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the little extras - wine, chocolates, cola and water in our room. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in when visiting Brighton/Hove. Guest house is easy to find and well located for shops cafes and restaurants. Hove is a lively and vibrant town next to the sea.
The staff are cery helopful and friendly, the atmosphere was terrific and there are good leisure facilities at Sobo. -
People very friendly. Place has a good vibe and there is lots gonig on to suit different tastes.

Clean comfortable room with lovely big comfortable bed. Nice modern bathroom. We were very happy with accommodation. Plenty of tea/coffee etc. Quiet small pub just around the corner from main road so no noise in our room.
Also it was good to have a separate entrance to your accommodation so no need to go through the pub bar with your bags. Lots of café/restaurants & shops around the pub.
The owners very friendly and helpful.

very welcoming and gave us a lift to the marina saving us £15+ in taxi

I liked that is was fairly close to Brighton town centre. It was cheap, cosy, clean and the service was very good.
The staff were helpful and friendly. It was very convenient having the restaurant in the same building and if we wanted a drink we did not have to worry about driving anywhere.

Good value, comfortable room. Noon check out time. Good value Harvester restaurant on site. The weather was freezing but we had good heaters we could control ourselves. Nice hot shower. Free car parking and good access to public transport.

The lady, front of house, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of her way to accomodate any queries we had about the hotel and, as importantly, the area.
