The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. apartment had all you need right down to kitchen roll and tea towels but best of all was city centre location .. surrounding area buzzing with pubs and clubs . would suit all ages as once inside couldn,t hear any disturbance from outside ..... deffinitely use again ...................... - It was like home from home, and the location was perfect.

we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester
