7 of us, all girls, stayed at the Croydon hotel as we were in Bournemouth celebrating a birthday for the weekend. Everything was perfect, we were made to feel welcome and well looked after. We didn't make breakfast on the first morning but were given a voucher to have breakfast at the local pub which we thought was a great idea! Rooms were spotles

Lovely warm room on coldest day of the year! Rooms were pretty basic but clean~and perfectly adequate for a nights stay.Shower water wasn't very warm and the towels too small! Good breakfast. We had an excellent stay - the staff were so helpful, polite and personable. Our room was prepared with an extra bed as requested, it was comfortable, clean, good size and well decorated. The food was excellent, lovely to sit in the bar with the pianist playing beautifully and it was super to use the leisure facilities. - our room was spotless as
