  Fabulous hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Made to feel most welcome indeed. Breakfast exceptional. I would say that executive or standard room are more than sufficient, having asked to look at - Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home.   Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. - Clean & Tidy, very freindly & well presented staff.   We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here in November. l am disabled this was taken into consideration & we were given a room on the ground floor. We have booked to go back in July next year. The bed for once was really comfortable Not hard like a lot of places, there was plenty of hot water, & the room was cleaned every day. We didn't find anything to dislike about this hotel. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had a great relaxed atmosphere. The room was small, however it had everything we needed. The en-suite was surprisingly roomy. We could open windows, which is something we like to be able to do. In many hotels it's impossible. The bed was wonderful! We slept more restfully than we had in months. We we definitely stay at the Carisbrooke again and we will recommend it to friends.

  The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and modern. Our room was spacious and the view was great. If you didn't know, you wouldn't have guessed you were staying in a premier inn. Location was perfect. The directions through email and text previous to our stay were helpful and precise.
