  Fabulous hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Made to feel most welcome indeed. Breakfast exceptional. I would say that executive or standard room are more than sufficient, having asked to look at - Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home.   The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and modern. Our room was spacious and the view was great. If you didn't know, you wouldn't have guessed you were staying in a premier inn. Location was perfect. The directions through email and text previous to our stay were helpful and precise. My kids love the lovely and clean beach and the ocean aquarium place. Love the Harry ramsome famous fish and chip. My kids loving the RK games for ticket to get a prize cant remember what it call, is just few shops away from the hotel. The hotel is excellent value for money lovely deco and clean bath room.

  The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked
