  Fantastic location. Apartment 4 has it's own very nice balcony. Quiet at rear of property. Large apartment. Lots of cooking utensils for when not eating out at night. - It was in a very quiet spot considering how close to Buck Palace Rd we were. Really enjoyed the peace after hard day at work.

  We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. Our room was spotless and surprisingly quiet for central London, and the air conditioning on such a hot day was very welcome. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition.
