We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. The location was first class. The rooms clean, the beds comfortable, and the linen of acceptable quality. The proximity to Victoria Train & Coach station. 5min walk for both. Hop on Hop off bus at the Train station. Plenty of pubs and restaurants to eat. We had the Studio room at the very top of the building. Small but comfy. Breakfast items are restocked each day. eg,. Cereal, pastrys, fruit, juice, cheese, bread, milk, coffee, selection of teas, biscuits. Free wifi. There is a computer if you need to print something off. It is in the main office. Toiletries supplied and replenished daily.Staf

Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu (do stacji Pimlico - pieszo 2-3 minuty), przestronne pokoje i łazienka, świetna obsługa. - Hotel położony blisko centrum w spokojnej i cichej okolicy. Pokój bardzo ładnie urządzony z mini aneksem kuchennym. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam.
