I liked that from the moment we arrived i felt welcomed and comfortable, the rooms were spotless and undated. Every little comfort was thought of down to hotwater bottles and sewing Kits if needed.loves the tea and coffee facility in room which also included Decaf, mini bar was fab and shop prices, not escalated prices. All in all wonderful for us

10/10. Jane and Anna couldn't do enough for us. A warm welcome and a lovely room with everything we needed and more. Breakfast was superb: my gluten and lactose intolerances and other allergies were well catered for - Jane would not be defeated! The location was also brilliant: within easy reach of the beach (and the start of the Norfolk Coast Path), bus station and eating places. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

We had excellent hospitality from the moment we arrived. We were met on
arrival and our luggage taken up to our room immediately with a smile.
Every little detail of comfort was made available to us. The breakfasts
were 5* and our hosts with their subtle sense of humour made our holiday

The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the seafront and the theatre which we were attending. We had a warm friendly welcome from the proprietor and the bedroom was lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfortable,obviously decorated with taste and care. Excellent breakfast which set us up foro the day!
