I stayed in a single and double room on 2 separate occasions which were both fantastic. I appreciated the extra touches in the rooms (generous coffee, tea, biscuits, good LAN connection). Beautiful bathrooms, tasty and generous breakfast. Best thing of all - the price was reasonable.

Good location for Heathrow and early morning flight.
Although there weren't a lot of parking spaces we found a space immediately so didn't have to worry about driving off to find one.
Good soundproofing as it was on the flightpath of arrivals.
Very comfortable.
We needed a comfortable hotel near to Heathrow to spend our last night with our youngest Daughter who was travelling to the USA to go to university this Hotel ticked all the boxes.

The staff was very helpful, both at the desk and the maintenance man we needed in reference to the bathtub that would not drain. You placed us in another room. Not only was the restaurant food very reasonably priced the quality was outstanding and the menu choice was just right.
