Made welcome from the minute i arrived and immediately offered tea and cake which was not expected but a lovely touch. Owners were brilliant very accommodating and nothing too much trouble. Very comfortable clean spotless room me and my friend booked the small twin which we booked last minute (only twin left) and were not disappointed, everything we needed. We asked them to recommend a restaurant which they did and was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Will definitely stay there again when in Harrogate 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Having an apartment after 4 hotel rooms was great. The design and finish of the whole building was excellent as was the location. Although virtually in the center of Harrogate it was very quiet with a beautiful park in front. Getting out of the town was very easy from this location too. This is the best guest house we have ever stayed in. The owners were welcoming and friendly and the whole house was spotless. Our room was modern, comfy and well-equipped and the breakfast was excellent. It is in an excellent location for shopping, eating and theatre visits and parking was not a problem due to the permit system. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Murray House is of a 5 star standard with a relaxed atmosphere. The facilities are excellent and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. There is a nice variety on the breakfast menu and the food is very good. I would recommend it to even the most discerning traveller. A big well done to Tracey and Co :-)

Apartments were perfect location with the Valley Gardens just opposite and wine bars and eateries in abundance. Well planned access and we parked just outside and purchased a parking permit which was well worth it. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable and very clean.

I booked an apartment for a group of 4 as a base to work in the area. It was a home from home. Perfect for our needs. I would recommend it for a family of 4 also. Street parking nearby which would be the only downside if you don't want to pay. Didn't effect us though as we left each day before payment was required.

I really cannot fault the apartment or locality it really was spot on for our needs.
In particular, we bumped into the maintenance guy on the way in and he showed us where everything was and then the following day we wanted to store our luggage as we came on the train and one telephone call to yourselves and we left our luggage with the maintenance guy and came and collected later in the day. You went the extra mile to accommodate us and would highly recommend to anyone who is wishing to stay

We decided on Arden House after reading other reviews on letsbookhotel.com. We were not disappointed. Beverley was a lovely friendly host and gave us all relevant information when we arrived to make our stay most enjoyable. We could not fault the room, food or the other people who were staying there as we made us of the excellent honesty bar after we returned from our nights out in Harrogate. A lovely and enjoyable experience all round.

Although we booked a studio apartment we were surprised that there was a fair amount of space in the apartment itself. Plenty of crockery etc., and some tea bags, water and soft drinks which were a bonus. Ideal if you don't like the idea of having huge breakfasts at a B & B or hotel. We would definitely book these apartments again. Very central to the Town.
