  Really enjoyed our stay - you could not meet a nicer or more genuine couple than Dot and her husband. The room was really nice with a lovely shower and big tv. Breakfast each morning was brilliant and had a nice choice of a fry or continental. The location is a bit outside the city centre (about £8-10 for a taxi at night) but during the day there ... co mówią ludzie » is a bus literally right outside the door. The chef even gave us change for the bus - The room was spacious, lovely big bed, bathroom was fab, very clean and very comfortable.The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is outside of the city but the bus stops every 5 mins just outside of the hotel so its ideal and you avoid the heavy parking charges for staying in the centre. Breakfast was good with a hot and cold buffet available. We would definatley stay here again.

  The facilities and location were great, especially for the price. Even though we weren't that close to the main attractions, buses were right out the front door for wherever we wanted to go and the airport bus was close, as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great for a very reasonable price. But the best part of the stay ... co mówią ludzie » was the very friendly, black resident cat. He greeted us most days out the back and was very pleased to get some good pats, just not keen on being pic - The staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother for them. David was our first point of contact and Colin (the older one...lol) was fantastic with my grand-daughter. Meals were excellent, there was a wide variety of drinks. The security locks in the corridors made us feel extra safe and the room we were in was very comfortable with a very spacious bathroom. Overall I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this experience. Will Definitely be back. Thank you.

  the warmth and helpfulness of the managers kay and kenny the rooms were clean and tidy breakfasts were good to we would go again and recommend to friends and family overall we had a great weekend - The patron was very welcoming and worked hard to solve all my problems and concerns.
