  We had a perfect stay at the Apex International Hotel. Our room was fantastic with excellent views of the castle and was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended some great restaurants for us. We had a brilliant time in Edinburgh and the hotel was the icing on the cake.   We paid the minimum and got the maximum in comfort with a freely given upgrade. The staff were very welcoming and were pleased that we were pleased. The bed was extremely comfy the room was fantastic. The location is excellent. Not one negative comment from this satisfied customer.   Everything. From the greeting at the door to reception to our bags beingplaced in the best room I have stayed in the uk. The service wasfabulous and the hotel was fantastic - will be returning - I travel an awful lot and I must say the Scotsman is one of the best hotels I have ever been in. Its about a 15-20 minute walk to the main city centre but lots of other bars/cafes/restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The bonus was that if you ask the company they can arrange a free NCP city parking pass at one of the main cit - We stayed at the Blinkbonny Rd residence and it was great. The owner was extremely friendly and the home was immaculate. Absolutely made my family feel like we stayed at our home away from home. We can't wait until our next visit.
