I organised my parents to saty at this hotel for the weekend as a present. The owners could not have been more helpful, even sending me a brochure of the hotel to show my parents prior the their visit. Having stayed at many hotels of all kinds over many years, this hotel as eclipsed them all. All staff members were as helpful and friendly as they could possibly be, nothing was too much trouble for them. Staff courteous and welcoming; even called to confirm we were still coming (as we arrived quite late); rooms always clean, consistent, comfortable, accomodating our growing families needs... (not sure what happens when we hit 5 of us though? & that is soon!!) Breakfast was great!

i booked my wife and daughter in hotel they where having dinner there,daughter is in wheel chair,and she found room very good, they thank all staff four a very nice night and lovely food thanks john. - The staff were very friendly and hospitable. On our arrival (after 3pm) they arranged for sandwiches to be made and brought to our rooms.

Location was perfect just on the edge of town. The room was spacious and clean. There was an on site bar and restaurant so you didn't need to go out if you didn't feel like it. The Manager (Jason) was excellent so efficient and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay at an Ibis again. -

This was the second time we have stayed here in the past 4 months. IIt is a comfortable hotel with a great location. It is very clean and suited our needs for another weekend away. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception (whose name escapes me, sorry!) (I remember it was the same name as a celebrity though!) - Fantasti
