We were attending a concert at the nearby Castle & chose it as it was so close. The staff were all excellent especially the breakfast staff who were friendly even though they were busy.
The value was brilliant and surpassed my expectations & was more impressive than a recent stay we had at a very posh London hotel .... A choice of a crump

I was initially a little put off by the insert your card reception but it was indeed a speedy process & staff were -
The staff were extremely helpful. Kept charging my phone for me as I'd left my charger at home. Even googled and printed off some bus routes and times for me to get to the zoo.
Great location, 5 minute walk to restaurants, cinema and bowling and a further 5 minutes to the mall. Buses right outside the hotel can get you pretty much anywhere. We got th 54 then 9 to the zoo. 54 all the way to Cabot Circus/Harbor and 54 then 74 to Parkway Rail station.
Food in the Thyme restaurant was very nice and

The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and food are available 24-7 (unlike many hotels I have stayed in). The location is excellent and I had a nice view of the river Avon. Totally love this hotel. Located in a peaceful street. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My father left his phone in the room after we checked out and only realised about it when we arrived at the Bristol airport. I called the receptionist and she quickly run upstairs to the room and search for the phone. She kept the phone safe for us until my friend claimed it on behalf of us. And also we got a discount for our room rate upon arrival. What a great service they provided. Althoug

I booked this hotel for my 73 year old mum. Initially she was on the 6th
floor (there is no lift). As soon as she mentioned it they moved her to
the first floor. She thought the staff were excellent, very friendly and
helpful. She thought the hotel was spotlessly clean with lovely rooms
and decor. She loved the garden area and will definitely stay

Extremely friendly, delightfully modern, exceptionally clean, and Clifton is always a pleasure. Local to good food establishments. A seperate but integral ultra modern bar downstairs, with also extremely friendly staff , I always enjoy staying here.
