Free on-site parking is subject to availability, and must be reserved in advance. Guests must provide the apartments with their mobile phone number and email address. Alderman Apartments will email you check-in instructions and information needed for your arrival. Print the check-in instructions and bring them with you. If the instructions are not received within 24 hours of the booking, please call the number on your booking confirmation. The card details used to make the booking will be held as a guarantee against any loss, damage or other services used during your stay. The extra beds provided are sofa beds. Please note that there are no allocated parking spaces, and all parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. If a parking space has been requested, please display the parking permit sticker on your windscreen. Failure to do so may result in clamping or removal of your vehicle. A deposit is held against the safe return of your parking permit. Breakfast pack available on request, costing GBP 15.00. Please book at least 24 hours prior to arrival directly with hotel. Includes; - 1litre semi-skimmed milk. - 1litre orange juice. - 1 variety pack Kelloggs cereals. - 4 croissants. - Butter 250 grams. - 1 jar of marmalade. - 1 loaf of white bread. Early check-in or late check-out is available on request, and is subject to an additional charge. This must be arranged with the hotel before arrival. Guests are kindly requested not to book apartments for parties and to be respectful to other guests. The property reserves the right to request that guests vacate their apartment immediately if any of their terms and conditions have been broken.
