  The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be. The lady, front of house, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of her way to accomodate any queries we had about the hotel and, as importantly, the area.   Everything about our stay was amazing! The staff were unbelievably helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was everything we were expecting. They arranged taxis for us, breakfast was delicious with a large choice of food and they even upgraded us to a bigger room. The top floor room has the most amazing room, even in the rain, though the stairs may be difficult for older guests.
