  I celebrated my boyfriend's birthday and arranged with the hotel for flowers and decoration. The flowers are really lovely, and the rooms were beautifully decorated with little hearts on the bed. They also gave me a really nice room with a big balcony, unfortunately it was too cold for us to chill out in the balcony. Excellent! - I loved this place. The rooms were sensibly reduced last minute. The building was fabulous and totally unexpected in the middle of the Scottish countryside - Spanish style. You felt you were abroad. Decor also lovely, fantastic bathroom with jacuzzi bath and wonderful strong shower, comfy clean beds, poolroom for the two teenagers to hangout in at night, breakfast fabulous as well, helpful and laidback staff. Absolutely loved it.
