  Lovely Victorian building. Good position. Quiet although still on a bus/main route into Bath. Easy walking distance, 20 mins into city centre. Off road parking. Friendly, helpful staff, serving breakfast early to suit our needs. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety.   We had a huge room - loved the canopy bed. The beds were really comfortable. The staff were really friendly. The mint on the pillow was a really nice touch! - The four poster bed and size of the room made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.

It has been kept in an excellent condition along with some modern fittings, such as a lush en-suite for the master bedroom (recommended).
