Perfect - breakfast is wonderful; you can't get breakfast like this for under 12pound in the town. The rooms are beautifully furnished and our bed was the most comfortable we have slept in by far. A very nice accommodation, very well situated - central but quiet. The Hypnos beds that are advertised on the home page are probably older ones (as they are not so comfortable as our Hypnos bed at home :-)).
Breakfast was delicious!
In total a little bit to expensive for what you get.

the staff were very friendly and helpful the rooms were really clean and the fact that we were so near to the city centre walking distance and we could leave the car where it was, the whole experiance was lovely - Great location, very easy to get into central Bath across the bridge. Staff easily contacted and very friendly.
The apartment was beautiful, decor was stunning and extremely clean throughout, with great facilities to use.
I came with a group of friends who all enjoyed there stay. It was easy access into the centre of bath and only a short drive to the surrounding countryside.

What a wonderfully warm welcome after a long journey. We could not have wished for a more welcoming start to our time in Bath. From the introduction to the workings of our house for the next few days to the advice re negotiating the town, We could not have wished for more. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. There was a cosy family feel to the hotel, with only 5 or 6 bedrooms and a very personal touch. We were offered a cup of tea in the garden when we first arrived, and breakfast was cooked to order and served in a family dining room with the other guests in the morning. The piano in the hallway was utilised by another guest and it was pleasant to hear in the morning while we were getting ready. The hotel is quaint and eccentric, which gives it some charm.
