Cannot fault the staff - lovely to deal with, and also in the Spruce
Goose for breakfast. Lovely ladies who were a delight to talk to and
were friendly with our two year old son. Room clean and we'll
presented.
Very clean, new. Bowling, Ice skating, 2 minute walk, Spruce Goose Beefeater next door. Breakfast good, (in the Goose) £8.25 per adults and kids eat free.
McD's, KFC also walking distance. wszystkie opinie »

Staff were friendley and welcoming. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for what we wanted to do.
Location excellent,park and ride within 200 yds,cinema,bingo,swiming,
resteraunts,even ski diving soon!.
Practically everything, staff exceptionally helpful and cheerful. Good access to town centre.
We were extremely happy & staff were very friendly. Iasked for more
milk & got it.
It ok for the price given the fact that we booked just few hours to arrival.
We only stayed for one night but was very relaxing clean and enjoyable.

Parking. Because it is shared with the pub and no reservations are made
for hotel users, I had to park in the bowling alley car park and carry
my small son and a selection of bags that come with having a small child
from there to the hotel in the rain. Perhaps spaces could be saved based
on asking residents whether they will need a space saving. Even the
disabled spa es were taken and the car park was crammed.
Spruce Goose very busy on Sat night - we were warned, booked table for 8.15, offered seats at 8.45 when we were on our way out, OK for adults but meal would have been too late for kids.
really cannot find anything to grumble about.
l think it was a bit pricy paying £126 for two night with no breakfast inc. Yet on adverts on tv say from £29 pp.
The original booking was not done correctly so they had us in a single room rather than a family room.
The TV reception was poor quality in the room.
Leaving!!!!!!!.
Minor item, hot water supply (to room 114) lacked any pressure - but we managed.
Did not much like the breakfast area, thought it was dirty with the
night befores rubbish still under the seat.
Nothing.
Stuffy room too hot
Only one chair provided
No top sheet as cover provided was too hot.
Nothing in particular.
Disabled room had a bath which couldn't be used by my husband as
it was too narrow with all the handrails. A walk in shower with a fold
down seat would be more appropriate for disabled people in
wheelchairs. The bath surface was also very slippery and needed a non
slip surface or mat.
Creaking bathroom door which woke my partner at 2 am.
Could feel springs in mattress.
No toilet brush!!
(not the usual good experience of a Premier Inn).
Staff at the adjacent Beefeater.
Nothing.
only one entrance[many alarmed fire exits].
Small tv
No toiletries.
Room could have had another arm chair.
Welcome and shower difficult to control, especially with kids.
Limited Wi-Fi.
price of breakfast.
I had to wait at least 20mins to book in,very poor!.
