  Everything! The staff were wonderful and the food excellent. - Felt more like a 4* plus hotel, not a 3. Nice details like great towels and fresh milk available for in-room coffee. Quality decor in room, nice bathroom too. Very convenient to town without being in it.

  This was our second visit to the Waterhead. An excellent hotel. Luxurious but comfortable. Super food and friendly staff. Fantastic views! - we enjoyed evreything about our stay, location was beautiful, hotel was lovely, and restaurant was excellent

  Nothing which I can point out to complaint abt this place. It is gorgeous hostel with the reasonable price in the best comfortable and perfect condition. It has the awesome location, a very very friendly staff. Out room is spacious and comfortable. It is easy to realize every room in this hostel is convenient too bc they have many spare shower roo... co mówią ludzie » ms and toilets outside our room. Besides they also provide for guests a big and clean kitchen as well as many stuffs to cook by ourselves. It is thumb - Extemely welcoming staff. When i got delaid on the train and emailed the hostel to check they would still have someone on reception they responded straight away. Breakfast was well worth the price, it was a little noisy with kids but nothing i wouldnt have expected. My single room on the third floor was surprisingly roomy with several bathroom in the vercinity. All in all, great staff, brilliant value for money super setting (right on the lake) will deffinitely be back!

  The room was recently and well-decorated with quality fittings including an ingenious blind. The service was very friendly - I was shown round the hotel and to my room. The service at breakfast was simply excellent. Even after I checked out and asked to stay for a bit longer, I was made to feel welcome and brought a complimentary cafetiere of coff... co mówią ludzie » ee. - The room was spacious, well-decorated, very comfortable and I felt pampered. Fabulous bed. Huge bathroom with the best shower in Britain. Dinner was delicious. Lots of soft armchairs to relax in before dinner. You could open the windows and adjust the heating (to dry clothes in the bathroom).

  We liked everything! The suites are perfect, with lovely appointments. The owners are exceptionally helpful and friendly. It's very very clean. It's close to everything at Waterhead and only a mile from Ambleside, with good bus service to everywhere in the Lake District. I'd return to the Lake District just to stay at the Quaysiders Club. - Great... co mówią ludzie » location. I loved the couch as it was really squishy and comfortable. The shower was neat because you could program it to the exact temperature and pressure you wanted it. The provided coffee, milk, biscuits, and hot chocolate were _sublime_. The free WiFi was a great perk. Wonderful ambiance for small get-togethers.
