We were celedrating our 5th wedding anniversary so had a superior 4 poster bed room which was superb. Everything we wanted and more. We had fresh towels every day even though we didn;t ask for them. The bed was King Size and very comfy. Lovely complimentary bath, hair and body lotions. Good supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and shortbread.

The hotel was convenient to both old town and new town areas. Staff was lovely and super helpful. We ate at both restaurants downstairs and really enjoyed them. The room was not huge, but it was very nice, clean, and had a large bathroom with a large walk in shower. The airport shuttle is right across the street and there are always taxis waiting outside.

The staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed being in the surroundings of the old part of the hotel. It had character as well as having modern facilties. Love ricks. Stayed many times before with the girls and hubby. Fab Cocktails and breakfast. The only minor grumble this time was the lack of lighting in our bedroom. The hotel is located above the Rick's bar and restaurant. However, the noises won't reach the rooms. The room is a bit compact but cosy enough. There are a wide range of drinks that could be chosen in the minibar of the room. And breakfast could also be ordered from the restaurant below. The location is good which is not far from the castle.
