From the minute we walked in we were struck by the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was great, nice sea view and we even had a balcony. Food excellent, especially the recommended snack for lunch - fish and chip sandwich (recommended by the hotel MD) - which was superbly presented and with a glass of wine went down exceedingly well. Dinner was excellent with great desserts, afternoon tea will have to wait for our return visit. But breakfast was the best, hom

Can't fault Hanson House at all. Very clean and confortable accommodation. From the moment I arrived Mr Hanson was very welcoming. I stayed there to attend a wedding and Mr Hanson kindly gave me a lift to the venue to save me struggling the walk in my heels. I had a very comfortable sleep and the full english breakfast the following morning was plentiful and delicious. I would definately stay again if ever in that neck of the woods.
