Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay there again.
