  The hotel was small so we were checked in quickly and helped with the FREE car parking! The room was around the same standard as a premier inn with heated bathroom floors and a very comfy bed. The hotel itself looked like a converted house and the entrance and dining area were very homely looking. We were using this hotel as we had booked to do a ... co mówią ludzie » cocktail making class and have tapas at a nearby bar called Bar7, this was 5 mins walking and then we got a taxi into leeds town centre approx 2-3 min - A family hotel whose staff were amazingly helpful and attentive - even swapping us to a ground-floor room (due to a broken ankle) without needing to be asked and despite its being a family room rather than the twin we had booked! Delicious breakfast, with generous variety (both continental and cooked). Superb location for the universities - just across the road. Right on bus route for shopping or bus/coach/train stations. Yet a feeling of being in the country - "at home" in the country. Thank

  The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were very warm. I have no complains however I would like to suggest that the place could do with more housekeeping staff (having been a chamber maid myself at one time) otherwise its good value for money. - The hosts were very polite and hospitable when needed.   The apartment was absolutely spotless, everything you could think of was there, fluffy white towels, toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar & bottle of milk in fridge. Both rooms were spacious with a lovely double in the attic space with en suite bathroom. Kitchen was very modern with plenty of room. The living room had 2 big sofas, massive flat screen... co mówią ludzie » tv & a lovely Big rug. The location was brilliant for Harrogate town centre - 5 minutes away on foot. We will definitely be going back. - Although we booked a studio apartment we were surprised that there was a fair amount of space in the apartment itself. Plenty of crockery etc., and some tea bags, water and soft drinks which were a bonus. Ideal if you don't like the idea of having huge breakfasts at a B & B or hotel. We would definitely book these apartments again. Very central to the Town.
